About the Journal

Indonesian Journal of Islamic Education Management and Leadership (IJIEML) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing knowledge, research, and innovation in the fields of Islamic educational management, leadership, governance, and policy. The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, educators, policymakers, and practitioners to disseminate original research, theoretical discussions, and evidence-based practices that contribute to the development of Islamic education at local, national, and global levels.
IJIEML welcomes interdisciplinary perspectives that examine the management and leadership of educational institutions within Islamic contexts, including schools, madrasahs, pesantren (Islamic boarding schools), universities, and other educational organizations. The journal also encourages comparative and international studies that enrich the understanding of educational management and leadership across diverse socio-cultural and religious settings.
